Developments include marina access, a world-class Arnold Palmer Signature links-style golf course, several sites designated as beachfront hotels, a site selected for a planned marina-front hotel, luxurious homes and homesites, condominiums, restaurants, retails and more.

Urban | DCCM has been involved from the beginning of the project with the design of the first phase in 2006 and the latest in 2024 totaling approximately 830 units.  Services provided include platting, surveying, design of roadways, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, gas system and electrical conduit layout; major and minor P.U.D. amendments, dune permitting and walkway designs.
