Urban | DCCM designed and oversaw the phased expansion of the City’s second largest wastewater treatment plant from a capacity of three million gallons per day to eight million gallons per day. Features include an office and central building where operators can control all treatment processes, odor control, anaerobic digesters to digest solids, expanded dewatering facilities to remove water from solids and modern disinfecting facilities. The expansion included a conversion from a chlorination / dichlorination system to an ultraviolet disinfection system.
