Urban | DCCM provides residential and commercial development clients with planning and design services from the beginning of a project through all the stages needed to prepare the property for development. We have become an industry leader through the years and as a result have worked on the majority of subdivisions, retail centers, recreational facilities, and resort communities in the Corpus Christi area in the last 30 years.

Our service begins with an assessment of the highest value and best use of a particular piece of property. We’ll also conduct a financial analysis if needed, determine how much it will cost to develop the property, and provide a level of financial analysis and consultation that most firms can’t match.

We develop construction plans, bid out projects, monitor construction, and obtain the permits needed to complete both private and public improvements. We survey construction sites, inspect projects, prepare monthly contractor estimates, recommend payments, and issue certificates certifying that improvements have been made as per plans and specifications.
